CoatPrep
Ceramic Coating Surface Cleaner

How To Use
- Ensure the vehicle surface has been thoroughly washed and cleaned. Typically where required this would include a Pre-Wash with either NeutralXTFR or CitraCleanse, followed by ProAlpine or ProSno snow foam. The vehicle should also have been shampooed with either HydroLux or PearlLux shampoo. Use the ClayGlider clay bar with InstaDetail to finally remove any bonded contaminants the washing process can’t remove. For heavily contaminated surfaces or used surfaces a full polish/detail may also be required to get the paint finish to an acceptable standard prior to coating.
- Once clean, the vehicle surface needs to be de-contaminated using the CoatPrep solution. This ensures any remaining residues from waxes, silicones and other contamination are removed.
- Start by spraying CoatPrep solution to an area of 2 metres squared at a time. Begin wiping the solution across the surface with a microfibre cloth such as UltraBuff 300 to decontaminate and remove any waxes/silicones.
- Use a dry microfibre cloth to remove any excess fluid, creating a clean, contaminant-free and dry surface. Repeat the process across the other areas of the vehicle. Where applicable, replace the microfibre with a clean one as soon as it becomes dirty.
