About You

You’re a confident and motivated leader with a background in wholesale, retail, or distribution management. You have a hands-on, proactive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing operational excellence with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You’re organised, efficient, and commercially minded, with strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Google tools and familiarity with AI systems. You’re open to learning new technologies and approaches. While previous automotive experience is a plus, a genuine passion for cars or detailing products will set you apart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operations across warehousing, logistics, and administration.
  • Oversee all logistics for mainland European shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and shipping laws.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse and logistics team.
  • Monitor and deliver against KPIs for service, safety, compliance, and profit.
  • Align supply chain goals with the wider business strategy in collaboration with the MD.
  • Manage stock control, fleet, property, and site operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, and suppliers.
  • Implement efficient systems for inventory accuracy, demand planning, and replenishment.
  • Ensure a robust health & safety culture and full legal compliance.
  • Manage warehouse P&L, including staffing, budgets, spend, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution management.

Strong knowledge of customs procedures and mainland European shipping regulations.

Proficiency in ERP or WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) and courier booking systems.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Commercial thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google tools, and inventory management systems.

Strong negotiation and supplier management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or professional training in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
