Steering Wheels (Custom Orders)

Production and shipping times for custom steering wheels are not displayed at checkout.

Customers may request an estimated timeframe before or after purchase by contacting us via live chat or by email at info@cardynamics.co.uk.

As steering wheels are custom-made, production and delivery times may vary.
International Delivery

For overseas customers, shipping is charged at cost.

- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, international shipping does not include Duties, Taxes, or Customs clearance (DDP). Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by the destination country’s customs authorities.
Courier Deliveries (DHL)

When selecting DHL as your courier:

DHL will attempt to deliver your parcel twice if the recipient is unavailable.

If both attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the nearest DHL depot.

A re-delivery fee may be charged to the recipient if a further delivery attempt is requested beyond the second attempt.

Tracking & Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delays & Responsibility

If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

We are not responsible for non-delivery, late delivery, or unchecked deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Damaged or Missing Goods

Any claims for goods damaged in transit must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
