FAQ

Q: Can I use PowerXTFR on a dry vehicle?

A: No. You must rinse your vehicle first before applying PowerXTFR. If there is dirt on your vehicle that can be initially removed with water, it is less likely to cause swirl marks later at the contact wash stage.

Q: Can I use PowerXTFR on polished unlacquered alloy, chrome or split rim wheels?

A: No. For decontaminating polished unlacquered alloy, chrome or split rim wheels we recommend IronXtract.

Q: What type of vehicle should I use PowerXTFR on?

A: PowerXTFR is a powerful detergent that can be used on all vehicles that have heavy traffic film, oil and grease but due its powerful strength it's best suited for use on heavy haulage vehicle bodies, chassis, engines and trailer curtains.

Q: Can I use PowerXTFR on a ceramic coated / wax protected vehicle?

A: No. PowerXTFR is too powerful for a ceramic / wax coated vehicle and will degrade your protection layer. For a safe pre-wash prior to snow foam for a car that's ceramic coated etc. we recommend CitraCleanse.
