To ensure the coatings are correctly maintained during their life cycle the following maintenance procedures must be followed:
Regularly wash the vehicle at least once every two weeks using only pH Neutral cleaners such as Car Dynamics HydroLux / PearlLux pH Neutral Shampoo Foam or Car Dynamics ProSno pH Neutral Snow Foam.
Only use a microfibre wash mitt such as Car Dynamics AquaCleanse when washing the vehicle and use the two-bucket method to limit the chance of abrasion on the surface of the vehicle. A grit guard such as CarDynamics DualGuard should be used in the bucket.
Dry the vehicle only using a microfibre drying towel such as Car Dynamics AquaLux or an air blower. Do not use a chamois leather.
Every 3 months the vehicle should be subjected to a deep clean maintenance wash by the original applicator to remove any contaminant build up and de-clog the coated surfaces.
Every 3 months Car Dynamics AquaVeil or NanoCoat Spray should be utilised on all surfaces of the car to help revive the strong hydrophobic properties of the coating. This is not applicable to CeramiXPPF coated vehicles which have matt, wrap or ppf surfaces. For CeramiXPPF coated vehicles which have matt, wrap or ppf surfaces, Car Dynamics CarnaubaMist should be utilized every 2 months.
By following the above guidelines you will ensure longevity of the coating and allow it to provide protective properties to the surface for the specified lifetime of the coating.
